Smelly Feet and Socks

As you have probably read in common literature the common factors leading to foot odors or
smelly feet are both sweat and bacteria. If you were to take away any of these two elements then it would be impossible to have foot odors.
That said it is naturally impossible to get rid of sweat coming from you feet and it is also impossible to get rid of bacteria. However, we
can all take measures to reduce both moisture and sweat at the feet and also bacteria.
People who suffer from smelly feet must realize that the most important
factor that leads to bacteria growth and thus smelly feet is sweat and moisture. Without this it is impossible for bacteria to grow. So, any
measures to reduce both moisture at the feet and sweat will work remarkably well in reducing foot odors.
Another factor leading to bacteria growth aside from sweat and moisture is
the presence of bacteria spawning agents. Generally, meaning the cleanliness level at your feet. If you feet are dirty and haven’t been washed
in days, it’s naturally going to be a great place for bacteria to grow and live versus a clinically clean pair of feet. Remember this,
bacteria and smells love dirty and moist areas.
